Thank you for choosing K Styles for your braiding needs. Please take some time to read through each policy before committing to an appointment. Please be advised that books are open on a monthly basis. If dates are full, new dates will not be available until the following month. Any appointments made outside of the current month are automatically cancelled.

COVID-19 Policy

Requirements

  • Clients are required to wear a mask during an appointment.

  • Upon arrival, clients must have their temperatures taken. (anything above 100.4 will result in a cancellation). The client will be asked to reschedule once they have been seen by a doctor.

  • Clients will be required to place their belongings (keys, phone, earbuds etc.) into a sterilization box. Clients will receive their belongings back after the items have been sterilized.

  • Clients are required to wash or sanitize hands before starting the service.

  • If a client refuses any of the following terms, The client will be asked to leave and the appointment will be cancelled. The deposit will not be refunded.​

  • I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

  • By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, the client agrees to the COVID-19 Policy.​​​

Booking Policy

When booking an appointment, here is what to expect;

  • At the time of booking, a non refundable deposit of $25-$50 is required, depending on the style booked.  The client will have an hour from the time the deposit text is sent out, to pay before the appointment is cancelled. 


  • Please only send what is prompted in the message. DO NOT send more than what was requested.


  • Directions of how to pay the deposit will be included in the text message.


  • All deposits go toward the style and are non refundable under any circumstance, unless there is fault on my part.


  • A client is allowed to rebook with the same deposit ONCE as long as the cancellation is done within the 24 hour period. The appointment must be rescheduled within 15 days if there is availability. A new deposit is required for anything after 15 days.

  • Please refrain from booking appointments in your name for other people. 

  • I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.



  • By booking and paying a deposit, the client is agreeing to the terms of the Booking Policy.

Business Hours

Dates and times may vary. Scheduling is available one month at a time. Clients will not be able to book any further out than the current month. Business Hours are subject to change.
