K Styles Hair Braiding Policy
For all braided styles, clients are expected to come with their properly prepared.

Please come with clean, blown out hair. (if the style booked requires) Hair should be free of tangles.
avoid adding heavy oils or butters to your hair prior to your appointment.
Do not iron your hair out, it isn't required nor recommended.
hair should be blown out from root to ends. I understand this isn't an easy task, but please do the best you can.
Upon arrival, please do not come in any earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. I also ask that you please utilize the doorbell when arriving.
I reserve the right to deny service for any reason if the client does not follow the policy stated.
By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, the client agrees to the policy stated above.
No extra people
Please do not bring other people to your appointment. ( this includes children) I also ask that you do not give out the address to others without my permission. I am not comfortable with others pulling up to my place of business, without my consent.
I reserve the right to refuse service if the client does not comply with the policy stated above.

Cancellations/ Late arrivals
Life happens to us all at unexpected times. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know. If you inform me less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, your deposit is forfeited and another deposit will be required to make another appointment.

I give every client a 10 minute grace period. If for any reason you arrive anytime after that 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and another deposit will be needed to book again.
